This role is a remote contract position, ideally based in the Americas, with a start date in May 2025. The compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Lead to oversee our transition to Workday as our global HRIS platform. The candidate will lead the project for The Americas, managing data migration, stakeholder engagement, process harmonization, and change management across diverse HR systems including ADP, Paylocity, and Greenhouse ATS.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management & Implementation: Lead the Workday implementation, manage project plans, and coordinate with global teams.
  2. Data Readiness & Migration: Assess, cleanse, and validate data for migration, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
  3. Process Mapping & Harmonization: Facilitate workshops, standardize HR processes, and translate regional needs into Workday configurations.
  4. Change Management & Communication: Develop communication and training plans, provide updates, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  5. Testing & Go-Live Support: Coordinate UAT, support issue resolution, and assist post-implementation stabilization.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of HRIS project management experience, including at least one full-cycle Workday implementation.
  • Experience with HR systems like ADP, Paylocity, Greenhouse.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
