Job Description

We are seeking a Chemist with experience in HPLC and GC for a 2-3 month contract. This role involves testing, evaluation, and quality control responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HPLC and GC testing/techniques using Empower software
• Troubleshoot instrument/equipment issues
• Conduct method verifications and validations on new methods
• Calibrate instruments/equipment
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of specifications, test data, results, and deviations
• Evaluate test results for accuracy
• Review and release raw data, documentation, and results for Certificates of Analysis
• Prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory purposes
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, ISO 17025, and other applicable standards
• Utilize computer skills effectively
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment
• Work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related science field
• Minimum of 1 year industry experience with HPLC and GC

This is a contract role for 2-3 months, working Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates residing within commuting distance to North Brunswick, NJ are encouraged to apply.
