Job summary

The University of Oklahoma is seeking a motivated Contract/Grant Coordinator for the Sooner SUCCESS Program to coordinate contracts, grants, and program activities across Garfield and Kay Counties. You will work with local agencies, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to strengthen partnerships and ensure compliance with funding requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and 24 months of experience in proposal submission and/or research administration (or 48

  • 24 months experience in proposal submission and/or research administration required.
  • 48 months experience in proposal submissions and/or research administration in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate contracts, grants, and program activities for Sooner SUCCESS across Garfield and Kay Counties.
  • Collaborate with local agencies, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to strengthen partnerships and ensure compliance with funding requirements.

Pay Range:

Targeted Salary up to $25,150 annually, based on experience.

Position Introduction:

The Sooner SUCCESS Program is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract/Grant Coordinator to support community-based initiatives that improve outcomes for children, youth, and families across Garfield and Kay Counties. This position plays a vital role in coordinating contracts, grants, and program activities that strengthen partnerships among local agencies, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with contractual and grant requirements.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 24 months experience in proposal submission and/or research administration.
Equivalent/Substitution:

Will accept 48 months experience in proposal submissions and/or research administration in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 72 months experience.
