• Bridge Rust and Multitasking so the two halves of GrowthTech Inc's platform finally talk.
• Tune database queries and schemas for high-throughput GrowthTech Inc workloads.
• Champion engineering excellence and continuous learning within GrowthTech Inc.
• Own the GitLab CI release that Thousand Oaks leadership has circled on the calendar.
• Keep Laravel schemas backward-compatible so GrowthTech Inc never forces a breaking upgrade.
