Jobbeschreibung

We're growing the technology group at Growth Solutions and need a mid-level Full Stack Developer who treats reliability as a feature, not an afterthought. Weigh it however you like — the math still lands at $133,000 - $170,000, hybrid hours, and a team at Growth Solutions worth joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Document the Vue.js system so the next mid-level engineer onboards in days, not weeks
• Ship incremental improvements to Growth Solutions's Sunnyvale platform on a regular cadence
• Spot the fun-loving Laravel anti-pattern in review before it spreads through Growth Solutions
• Catch the Linux race conditions that only surface under Sunnyvale peak traffic
• Translate fuzzy product wishes from Growth Solutions stakeholders into shippable Linux services
• Push REST API changes safely behind flags so Sunnyvale, CA rollbacks take seconds

What You'll Bring

• Enough Nginx to be dangerous, enough Laravel to be trusted
• The kind of curiosity that reads the docs before asking
• Experience thriving in a gently-demanding, deadline-driven setting like Growth Solutions
• A history of leaving technology processes better than you found them

The zero-bureaucracy founders of Growth Solutions built it in Sunnyvale to fix the exact technology problems that drove them crazy elsewhere. We build psychological safety the boring way: by actually following through on what we say.

The compensation here starts at $133,000 - $170,000, paired with unlimited PTO and a manager committed to your professional growth.
