Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Center Representative for a 12 Months Contract in Grandview Heights, OH. The role handles inquiries from investment professionals and plan members, applying product changes and policy guidelines to improve service and compliance.

Responsibilities include documenting conversations, educating customers on plan features, and driving issue resolution. The position requires relevant experience, strong communication, and knowledge of insurance products

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance products and sales processes.
• Familiarity with FINRA rules and state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors and members on product-related topics.
• Interpret and apply changes to products, proactively identifying customer needs.
• Document conversations to strengthen member relationships.
• Ensure compliance with FINRA and other licensure requirements and applicable laws.
• Educate customers on tax implications, charges and benefits of plan/contracts.
• Analyze problems to drive first-time resolution and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Participate in monthly leadership meetings to outline career path and goals.
