Facilitators will need executive-level experience, flexibility in delivery formats, and a collaborative approach. Compensation will be competitive, ranging from $75 to $100 hourly, depending on experience.

We are recruiting mid-level to senior-level specialized experts to fill part‑time and/or term‑limited positions. This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors who wish to gain experience and exposure within Digital Promise. Candidates must be available during standard business hours.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

Contract Facilitator: We seek highly engaging facilitators who can deliver powerful professional learning experiences to diverse audiences—from classroom teachers to executive-level leaders in public education. Travel may be necessary depending on the project, and all associated travel expenses will be paid.

• Executive-level experience: Proven ability to facilitate sessions for instructional leaders and/or systems leaders and to adapt content to meet the needs of varied adult learners
• Flexibility and presence: Comfort with both virtual and in-person delivery formats, with willingness to travel regularly. Travel requirements vary by project
• Specialized experience: Expertise in one or more areas: background working directly with K-12 school districts, background facilitating and implementing research-practice-partnerships
• Collaborative approach: Openness to working with other facilitators, receiving feedback on delivery, and continuously refining facilitation practices to represent Digital Promise with excellence

Working Conditions

Digital Promise Global is a hybrid organization. The position is primarily working in a remote environment. Employees are expected to travel at least 4 times a year for in-person meetings and the annual staff retreat. Additional travel may be required based on role and responsibilities.

Physical/Sensory Demands: Fast-paced working environment. Extensive computer usage and online engagement & communication. Must be willing to build inclusive relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels within the organization and external partners.

Compensation

In order to ensure that contractors are paid fairly, the Powerful Learning Team leverages standard rates to pay contractors based on the seniority level required for the role. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and project scope. Specific rates will be discussed during the interview process.

Hourly Rate: $75-$100, depending on experience and project
