Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $85.00/hr

Legalpeople is currently working with a boutique trusts and estates/tax mitigation firm in South Carolina on their search for additional attorneys to support a heavy workload. This role will include researching tax or estate planning issues, drafting memos, as well as putting together initial plans for high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals.

The ideal candidate will be actively barred in good standing with at least 3 years of estate planning and tax mitigation experience. A demonstrated ability to service HNW or UHNW clients would be very helpful. An LLM in taxation is not required, but would be highly preferred. Most importantly, we are looking for candidates who can dependably complete the work on a consistent basis, while providing excellent service to clients.
