Job summary

Kearfott Corporation in New Jersey is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support the engineering hiring needs across its aerospace and defense operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and advancing qualified engineering candidates for multiple levels and disciplines.

You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and manage records in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including engineering or other technical professionals.
• Experience using an applicant-tracking system and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to source and evaluate candidates for specialized or hard-to-fill positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering positions, from sourcing through offer and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, experience levels, and candidate priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, applicant-tracking systems, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Support offer development and pre-employment requirements as directed by Talent Acquisition.
• Maintain accurate and consistent candidate records in accordance with company procedures.
