Job summary

Heartland Ambulance Service is seeking EMTs for a 13-week travel contract across the Midwest. This temporary position includes housing and covers 168 hours per pay period, with pay every other Friday.

EMTs will work on 911 ONLY ambulances, with shifts of 12 hours on/12 hours off or 24 hours on/24 hours off. Requires NREMT or compact state certification, 21+ years, clean driving record, current CPR, and at least 1 year of EMT experience. W2 position.

Job description

Heartland Ambulance Service is seeking 'contract' EMTs that are available for a 13-week travel contract. This will be a temporary position that includes housing in Midwest

Heartland Ambulance Service is an 911 & IFT provider. We are seeking EMTs to work on our 911 ONLY ambulances. You will either be on a 12 hour shift or 24 hour shift.

Requirements:

• Must have NREMT or compact state certification
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must have a current CPR

We will assist in obtaining reciprocity with Indiana, the process is fast.

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a EMT

Housing is provided for the term of the contract. IFT EMTs will work 12 hours on 12 hours off, everyday for 13 weeks straight OR 24 hours on, 24 hours off, for 13 weeks straight. You will work 168 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks). The pay is every other Friday and is W2.
