Job summary

Impact Health Staffing seeks an Emergency Room RN for a 13-week contract at a critical access hospital in Whitehall, WV. The role covers 36 hours per week on a 7p-7a shift, with a regular rate of $21.98/hr and OT at $50/hr.

A tax-free travel stipend of $1,246/wk and gross weekly pay around $2,037 are also provided. The ideal candidate has 2+ years ER RN experience and valid BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications (pending certs accepted).

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required (can submit with pending certs).

Responsibilities

• Performing and documenting initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions.
• Providing direct nursing care to patients with emergency and acute medical needs.
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered.
• Monitoring patients and responding to changes in condition or emergencies.
• Assisting physicians with emergency procedures, diagnostic testing, and treatments.
• Educating patients and families regarding care, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and timely patient care.

Contract & Compensation Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Start Date: ASAP

• Hours: 36/wk (3x12)

• Shift: 7p-7a

• Regular Rate: $21.98/hr ($791/wk)

• OT Rate: $50/hr

• Non-Taxed Travel Stipend: $1,246/wk

• Gross Weekly: $2,037

• Local Rate: $45/ hr
