Johnson & Johnson MedTech- Electrophysiology (J&J MedTech-EP) business unit is recruiting for a Contract Director role. This position is remote and will be located in the North America region and report to the Director, US Contract Strategy.

Role Description:

The Contract Director leads negotiations, execution, and management of pricing strategies within large health systems. Responsibilities include collaborating on disposable and capital contract strategies to maximize volume and market share, managing contracts with facilities, IDNs, GPOs, and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Contract Negotiation: Support sales strategies, negotiate contracts, monitor compliance, and manage contract lifecycle including RFPs and renewals.
  • Deliver Value-Based Solutions: Monitor industry and customer landscape, understand J&J MedTech-EP portfolio, and align strategies accordingly.
  • External and Internal Interaction: Engage with electrophysiologists, hospital administrators, and internal teams to build relationships and implement account plans.

Qualifications/Experience:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, or Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in medical technology sales or contracting, preferably in cardiovascular or electrophysiology.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Understanding of U.S. healthcare market, industry trends, and compliance.
  • Experience in account management, contracting, or sales management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

Travel up to 25% may be required.

Base Pay Range: $120,000 to $207,000
