Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is looking for a Data Engineer (Contract) to own the People/HR data pipelines in a healthcare environment.

You will transform messy source data into clean, trusted pipelines at scale and build production-quality data products used by analytics and reporting teams. You’ll work hands-on with Azure Databricks, Spark, SQL, and Azure Data Factory to design and implement end-to-end data workflows, with emphasis on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, Spark, and SQL.
• Experience with ETL/ELT in cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines for People/HR data.
• Develop data transformations in Databricks using Spark and SQL.
• Orchestrate end-to-end pipelines in Azure Data Factory.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR data requirements.
