Primary Responsibility / Summary

Performs a full range of custodial services at contract locations:

1. Performs daily cleaning tasks as assigned, including floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing, and restroom cleaning.
2. Maintains clean and sanitary conditions throughout the facilities.
3. Maintains custodial equipment and supplies in neat, orderly condition.
4. Interacts cooperatively with government personnel and customers.
5. Immediately advises supervisor of any contract requirement changes directed by government staff.
6. Must have an acceptable driving record as per our insurance vendor.

Education & Experience

• No prior experience or training required.
• Shift flexibility and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Punctuality and dependable attendance are essential.
