Job summary

Actalent in Indianapolis is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to transfer customer, contact, and project information between CRMs with high accuracy, review data before entry, and ensure records are complete for migration. The role requires maintaining data confidentiality and meeting daily production targets in a fast-paced office.

This contract, in-person position focuses on the final month of a CRM migration project.

Qualifications

• Previous data entry or records management experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy on repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with multiple software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work with large data volumes and stay organized.
• Good time management to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Ability to work independently following documented processes.

Responsibilities

• Transfer information between CRM systems with high accuracy.
• Review data prior to entry to ensure completeness and correct categorization.
• Verify transferred data and fix formatting or entry errors promptly.
• Follow procedures and documentation for data migration and record management.
• Maintain confidentiality of all data during migration.
• Communicate progress and raise data issues to the project team.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets with high accuracy.
• Work independently to manage tasks and respect project timelines during the final month.
