Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed or in the immediate process of licensure in Alabama to work in SNF/LTC settings. This contract position offers an 8x5 schedule and requires a minimum of 1 year of SNF/LTC COTA experience.

The role includes accountability to align with the organization’s vision and goals while delivering quality care. We offer mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, and licensure support.
