Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (four 10-hour shifts). The first six weeks will be fully onsite; thereafter, a hybrid work arrangement may be available with manager approval.
Hiring Range: $105,460.48 - $116,006.85 USD Annual
Compensation will be determined based on education, experience and skills.

The Contract Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Road & Bridge Division’s contracting and vendor management processes from start to finish. This position coordinates with Road & Bridge Division personnel, Purchasing, vendors, contractors, the County Attorney’s Office, Risk Management, and other stakeholders to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, properly executed, and effectively managed. The ideal candidate enjoys bringing organization to complex processes, building positive working relationships, and ensuring details are handled accurately and on time. This is an opportunity for someone who is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate demonstrates sound judgment, strong follow-through, and the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions. They are comfortable working with contracts, financial information, spreadsheets, and databases, and can balance competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy. A strong customer-service mindset, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to build productive vendor and stakeholder relationships are essential.
