Job summary

CORE Safety Group is seeking a Safety Advisor for a 1 month (potentially 6-7 month) position in Port Washington, WI to provide oversight of a construction project. The Safety Advisor will identify safety issues and ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local and owner safety requirements.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication and writing skills, the ability to interface with diverse teams, and the capability to work independently with excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• BS in Safety or BCSP certification (ASP, CSP, or CHST).
• OSHA 30 hour certification.
• FA/CPR/AED certification.
• Must be able to pass drug test & background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety on a construction project site in Port Washington, WI.
• Identify safety issues and ensure compliance with federal, state, local and owner requirements.
• Communicate effectively with all levels and document safety processes.
