Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the Indian construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a team of Indian workers who do not require English proficiency.
• Experience working on large-scale projects with tight deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the construction project ensuring it is completed on time within budget and according to safety regulations
• Oversee the work of Indian workers ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks effectively
• Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and quality standards
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during construction
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
