What you will do:

  • Perform initial contract review to ensure that all documentation for the “deal” has been turned in and is ready for review by the Broker and Transaction Specialists.
  • Effectively and promptly communicate with agents regarding deficiencies in documents and provide explanation and assistance.
  • Audit files and work with agents to ensure missing contract documents are received in a timely manner.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Managing Brokers by supporting efforts to ensure compliance.
  • Manage the Transactions Brokerage email inbox.
  • Your job includes any EXPI entity in your area that may be assigned.

How you will grab our attention:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of contract review experience and 1+ years in the real estate industry.
  • Active real estate license, preferably a Broker's license, with continuing education credits in real estate, management, and legal compliance strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in real estate compliance activities, including a thorough understanding of legal obligations under provincial and federal laws, as well as local MLS/Board Rules and Regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) across all organizational levels.
  • Highly collaborative, capable of working with internal partners for successful outcomes.
  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills with good judgment.
  • Maintain the highest degree of integrity and keep real estate license in good order.
  • Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
  • Agile/Flexible attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Excellent customer service abilities: written and verbal communication must be superb.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player - able to complete individual tasks as well as work on a team to accomplish a goal.
  • Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience in coordinating events and group activities.
  • Conflict resolution and active listening: ability to assess a customer's need or concerns and deliver solutions using critical and creative thinking.
  • Proficient knowledge of G Suite required; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus.
  • Remote work experience required.
  • Dedicated home-office/work space.
  • Advanced Trello experience preferred.
  • Aptitude for using online platforms and software to work remotely.
