Job summary

California Public Utilities Commission is seeking a contract review and compliance monitoring professional to support the California LifeLine program within the Communications Division. The role involves oversight of the LifeLine third-party administrator and other CPUC vendors, ensuring accurate invoicing, audits, and timely reporting to stakeholders.

Under supervision, you will track invoices, review deliverables, monitor funds, and maintain LifeLine communications channels, including

• Ability to organize work and keep management and stakeholders updated.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract review and compliance monitoring of the California LifeLine third-party administrator and other CPUC vendors.
• Track, review, and pay monthly invoices; perform audits as needed.
• Monitor program funds and ensure sufficient balances for LifeLine program.
• Manage LifeLine mailboxes and program websites to support program operations.
