Instruct young boys and/or girls in the fundamentals of sports while promoting a positive attitude and good sportsmanship through coaching. This is a contract position. The Contract Coach will be required to sign a individual coaching contract.**RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Ensure the health, safety and well-being of children in the program by providing close supervision of all activities.* Maintain accurate program documentation.* Assist with communication to participants and parents.* Enforce all reporting measurements, policies and documentation as required.* Attend necessary coaches and or parent meetings.* Must perform duties in accordance with the policies, goals, mission, values and objectives established by the Metropolitan Atlanta YMCA, Branch Strategic Plan, Safety Protocols, and Member Services Guidelines and Non-Negotiables.
