Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Support patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive patient environment
• Communicate patient needs and condition changes to the healthcare team
