CNA (NIH) 13 week Contract

We have plenty of work for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) at the National Institute of Research (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland. CNAs with Maryland Certification are eligible on these positions.

• 13 week Contract
• Day/Night Rotation
• Weekends and Holidays as needed

Pay: $18 Per hour

Candidate will manage a patient assignment on assigned patient care unit. Selected candidates will receive training on our Patient Care Technician competencies and Crisis Prevention Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care to patients
• Respond to call lights
• Assist nurses on unit
• Answer phones and do light administrative duties
• Perform ADLs, Accu-checks, bladder scans, administer medications, chart

Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience as a CNA in a hospital setting

Certification:

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Current unrestricted Maryland CNA certification
