The position is full-time, on-site in Rochester, MN, with a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Coordinate clinical research protocols in compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Experience with participant screening, recruitment, and enrollment.
• Proficiency in data collection, abstraction, and entry with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working in regulated environments with adherence to policies and compliance.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling, documentation, and multiple tasks.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication with participants and staff.
• Ability to identify and report adverse events and protocol deviations promptly.
• Clinical research experience preferred or related coursework.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate non-therapeutic clinical research protocols under PI/supervisor in compliance with requirements.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll participants meeting eligibility and explain study requirements.
• Schedule visits and coordinate logistics, including blood draws and facility use.
• Respond to participant questions and scheduling needs professionally and promptly.
• Monitor participant involvement and protocol adherence across the study.
• Identify adverse events and deviations and report per regulations.
• Collect and enter data accurately, maintaining data quality and integrity.
• Assist with regulatory tasks and IRB submissions as needed.
• Travel occasionally for study activities and training.
