Longbridge Financial (LBF) is adding to our team a Contract Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst. This role is contract-based with the potential to join LBF on a full-time basis.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support critical business decisions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop Tableau reports aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyzing business data to identify trends and insights, and defining reporting requirements.
• Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reports, dashboards, and other BI solutions for scalability, performance, and reusability.
• Performing data analysis, validation, and mapping/design.
• Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to troubleshoot and analyze data effects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst.
• Advanced skills in Tableau architecture and development.
• Proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
• Experience with MS Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to query large datasets efficiently and optimize workbook performance.
• Experience working through review cycles to meet or exceed user expectations.
• Ability to interpret technical/dashboard structures and translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
• Knowledge of advanced calculations and statistical functions.
• Strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, data modeling, and normalization.
• Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business owners to identify reporting and dashboard needs.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
