Qualifications

• 3–6 years of BA or HR Analyst experience.
• At least 2 years working directly in Workday HCM.
• Experience gathering requirements and driving process improvements.
• Strong documentation skills including BRDs and SOPs.
• Experience with UAT, testing, and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate HR requirements across end-to-end processes.
• Facilitate workshops to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Develop BRDs, functional specs, SOPs, and process maps.
• Build Workday reports and dashboards; support reporting inventories.
• Support full project lifecycle from discovery to go‑live and hypercare.
