Spencerport Central School District is looking for contract bus drivers for the 2026-27 school year. This position offers a starting pay of $21.45 per hour based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Applicants must pass a physical and obtain a NYS Class B CDL. Paid training is provided to help you achieve this qualification. This role is 10 months long, with opportunities in summer.

Job description

The Spencerport School District is currently accepting applications for contract bus drivers for the 2026-27 school year. This is an exciting career opportunity. Individuals must have the ability, patience and self-motivation to create a pleasant and safe transportation experience for students of all ages. Paid training is provided to obtain NYS Class B CDL ($16.00 per hour).

Applicant Requirements

• Applicants must be fingerprinted and cleared for employment for the NYS Education Department before employment begins.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be able to pass required physical (good hearing, vision of at least 20/10 with or without glasses, blood pressure equal to or less than 160/90) and pass the NYS class B CDL road test.

Salary/Rate of Pay

Starting at $21.45 per hour, based on experience.
