Zusammenfassung

Waabi, a leader in autonomous transportation, is seeking a Brand and Digital Marketing Manager for a six‑month contract in the US. You’ll publish content to the website, run paid campaigns, manage social channels and email marketing, and report results.

You’ll work cross‑functionally with marketing and agencies, own tasks end‑to‑end, optimize campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and social postings across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and X.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot workflows, forms, lead routing, and email campaigns.
• Experience managing a company’s social media across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Excellent written communication and ability to tailor content for different platforms.
• Available for a contract engagement of ~6 months for parental leave coverage.

Aufgaben

• Website management: publish press coverage and blog articles; coordinate with stakeholders for accuracy.
• Digital management: run Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads; monitor HubSpot workflows and lead routing; flag issues.
• Social media: post weekly across LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram and X; adapt content per platform.
• Industry news: compile weekly/biweekly roundups and flag Waabi mentions.
• Email marketing: send campaigns via HubSpot; coordinate post-event and nurture emails.
• Asset management: maintain media kit, photo library, and b‑roll in shared drives.
• Tracking & reporting: pull bi‑weekly performance metrics and share summaries.
• Cross‑functional support: assist product marketing, comms, events; support design, video, swag vendors.
