Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Biostatistician for a contract role (20–25 hours/week), with remote options across the US or Canada. The role focuses on simulating patient-level data and producing SDTM/ADaM outputs to generate reliable TLF figures.

Ideal candidates hold an MS in biostatistics or statistics with 5+ years of experience, and hands-on SDTM/ADaM/TLF expertise. PhD is a plus. Independent work and timely delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience required; 10-25 years preferred.
• MS in biostatistics or statistics required.
• Hands-on experience across SDTM, ADaM, and TLF layers of pre-market trials.

Responsibilities

• Simulate raw patient-level data and transform it through SDTM and ADaM into TLF outputs; reconcile figures to sources.
• Execute end-to-end analysis pipelines; design prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics to quantify AI agent performance.
• Convert an existing SAP into data transformations and outputs; produce realistic synthetic data.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines; improve AI model performance through data analysis.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure data consistency across datasets.
