Job summary

VIVOS Professional Services, LLC is seeking candidates to produce biotherapeutic medicines using highly automated systems in a cGMP manufacturing environment. The role covers upstream and downstream responsibilities, with a focus on maintaining documentation, regulatory compliance, and readiness for inspections.

Candidates will perform media preparation, fermentation, harvest, filtration, chromatography, and equipment handling across assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates in life sciences or high school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree, certification, or advanced college coursework preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to follow SOPs, maintain accurate documentation, and work in a regulated environment.
• Must be available for weekends, off-shifts, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support upstream or downstream manufacturing operations.
• Operate, clean, and sterilize tanks, filtration systems, and production equipment.
• Perform media preparation, fermentation, harvest, buffer preparation, filtration, and chromatography activities, depending on the assigned area.
• Prepare and dispense materials and handle hazardous chemicals safely.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing documentation and follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Monitor production processes, escalate issues, and support manufacturing targets.
• Assemble and prepare equipment for production and use automated systems to perform operations.
