Job summary

RESPEC is hiring a BI Developer to support a public sector partner by administering, developing, and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions. This hands-on role centers on Google Looker (LookML) and SQL Server, enabling you to work across data marts, dashboards, and reports while validating data quality and applying business rules.

You’ll train both technical and non-technical users and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Looker (LookML) and SQL Server.
• Ability to train both technical and non-technical users.
• Strong data analysis, validation, and testing skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, develop, and maintain Looker dashboards and models.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server objects (T‑SQL, views, functions, procedures).
• Validate data quality and implement business rules for reporting.
• Create test cases and troubleshoot data, dashboards, and reports.
• Document requirements and train end-users on Looker capabilities.
• Mentor teammates, perform code reviews, and prioritize tasks.
