Location : Remote (Must reside in Georgia)

Compensation : $60–$75 / hour (Bilingual Spanish : $70–$85 / hour)

About the Opportunity

A well-established and respected family law practice is seeking experienced Contract Attorneys to join their legal team on a fully remote, part-time basis. This is a unique opportunity for attorneys seeking flexibility while maintaining active engagement in family law matters.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Georgia, has a solid background in domestic relations law, and is confident managing caseload components such as drafting, discovery, and research under the direction of a supervising attorney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy
  • Communicate with clients and court personnel as needed
  • Track and maintain accurate billable time entries
  • Collaborate with supervising attorneys to meet case deadlines
  • Attend remote mediations or hearings when required

Required Qualifications

  • Active license in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Family Law
  • Strong writing, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and remote collaboration capabilities
  • Reliable, secure internet and private home office setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish – premium rates offered
  • Prior experience with remote or virtual law firms
  • Familiarity with cloud-based legal platforms (e.g., Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther)
