Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Contract Attorney to support restructuring and liability management in NYC. The role focuses on complex transactions, bankruptcy matters, and capital markets, with a duration of 3 to 4 months and a pay rate of $135–$175 per hour for candidates with 10+ years of experience.

The ideal candidate will draft and negotiate engagement and transaction documents, advise on regulatory risks, and contribute to Chapter 11 matters and related securities and M&A work.

Qualifications

• Strong restructuring, bankruptcy, and liability management background.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, judgment, and prioritization skills.

• Seeking a transactional attorney, ideally from a national law firm, to support the Capital Structure Advisory / Fixed Income team on complex restructuring, bankruptcy, liability management, and capital markets matters.
