Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• High-volume assembly: perform repetitive, high-speed assembly tasks to meet daily quotas.
• Machine tending: operate semi-automatic assembly machinery and monitor progress.
• Material flow: keep workstation stocked and stage finished products.
• Process adherence: follow SOPs to ensure consistent quality.
• Defect reporting: identify and report defects that slow the line.
