Job summary

EventMakers Entertainment is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist for a contract-based role in Las Vegas. You will produce detailed drawings, work with architects and engineers, and help manage project timelines.

You’ll research codes, revise designs per feedback, and prepare material cost estimates. The position offers potential for permanent employment and includes project-accommodation during the contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other design software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications.
• Assist with project management tasks such as site visits and coordinating with clients.
• Conduct research on building codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients or regulators.
• Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor needed for projects.
• Maintain documentation of all design plans, revisions and project progress.
