Job summary

Advisors Excel in Topeka, KS seeks a Contract and Licensing Consultant to deliver outstanding service to our advisors on appointment requests and licensing. You will manage phone calls, emails, and agent contracting, coordinating with insurance carriers.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively with all staff levels, handles multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and maintains accurate agent records. A bachelor's degree and prior industry experience are a plus.

Overview

As a Contract and Licensing Consultant, you are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all our advisors when it comes to appointment requests and licensing. This fast-paced role requires you to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, advisors, and insurance carriers. In addition, you will also be responsible for phone calls, emails, and existing agent contracting management.

What You’ll Do

• Review and process all requests for appointments and licensing submitted by our advisors
• Create, update, and maintain all agent records
• Follow up on pending contracts and appointments with insurance carriers
• Answer phone calls and emails regarding agents’ questions in a timely manner
