Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Contract Marketing Analyst to extract, analyze, and interpret data to review contract compliance and performance. The role supports marketing, sales and contract operations with insights on pricing, rebates and contract activity.

The hybrid position requires onsite work at the Lake Zurich, Illinois office three days a week. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of contracting analytics experience and strong BI, Excel and SAP/Qlik skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or related field.
• 3-5 years of contracting analytics experience in pharma, life sciences, medical device or biotech preferred.
• Knowledge of GPOs, PBMs, payers, IDNs, and wholesalers preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of new contracts and changes in Model N.
• Onboard new customers and set up contract accounts.
• Prepare pricing and rebate forms for loading into Model N.
• Support auditors with contract documentation as requested.
• Maintain contract files and records according to SOPs.
• Coordinate analytics and reconciliations for deductions with account managers.
