ICON Strategic Solutions invites you to join as a Senior Contract Analyst, within a sponsor-dedicated model supported by ICON’s global expertise. You will manage contractual agreements, ensure compliance, and contribute to the development of treatments that benefit patients worldwide.

In this role you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to review, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research projects, analyze terms for risks and opportunities, and maintain organized contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience in contract administration, negotiation, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual provisions and identify potential issues or opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
