Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred.
• Paralegal education/certification may substitute for degree.
• 1–2 years contract administration experience; or 4+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with midstream energy contracts and related areas.
• Experience reading and interpreting legal documents and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prepare, review, maintain, and/or process complex legal documents.
• Review documents for contract terms, policies, and government regulations.
• Review and process obligations as applicable to the position.
• Negotiate contract terms with external stakeholders.
• Update and leverage data management systems.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for management and attorneys.
• Assist in contract standards, policies, and data management.
• Support internal audits related to contractual compliance.
