The candidate will prepare, analyze, and negotiate complex legal documents, maintain contracts in data systems, and assist internal/external stakeholders. Experience in midstream energy contracts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Paralegal education/certification may substitute for a degree.
• 1–2 years related work experience or 4+ years contract administration in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prepare, review, maintain, and/or process complex legal documents as applicable to the position.
• Review legal documents to ensure adherence to contract terms, company standards, policies, and procedures, and government regulations.
• Review and process obligations as applicable to the position.
• Negotiate contract terms with external stakeholders.
• Update, maintain, and leverage applicable data management systems.
• Compile and prepare ad hoc reports to management, attorneys, and other company personnel.
