Job Title: Contract Analyst (Temporary Contract Role)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Contract Analyst for a temporary contract opportunity in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will serve as an internal consultant, partnering with key business units to manage and enhance contractual agreements with a strong focus on both business value and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted liaison between stakeholders and vendors, defining and refining scopes of work.
• Conduct comprehensive contract lifecycle activities including:
• Existing contract assessment
• Market and spend analysis
• Proposal and pricing evaluations
• Drafting, redlining, and negotiating contract terms
• Preparing executive summaries and facilitating contract execution
• Lead contract renewals, amendments, and terminations, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Engage suppliers and internal teams to identify opportunities for added value in current agreements.
• Mitigate risk through market research and enforceable contract provisions.
• Manage multiple concurrent contract negotiation projects with professionalism and precision.
• Clearly communicate complex contract data to diverse audiences, including leadership and legal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience in contract management, procurement, or supply chain management
• Familiarity with contract legal review processes
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Understanding of contract terminology and best practices
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
• Demonstrated success managing multiple contract negotiations simultaneously
• Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
