Job summary

BSI is seeking experienced Contract Auditors to conduct AS9100 audits for aerospace clients. You will independently assess management systems, communicate audit results, and help clients maintain effective corrective action processes.

Audits may be conducted onsite at client locations or remotely, depending on client requirements and audit scope. Required Lead Auditor status with IAQG and AA or AEA status at the time of application.

Qualifications

• Lead Auditor status with IAQG is required.
• AA or AEA status must be current at application.
• Experience auditing aerospace management systems per AS9100.

Responsibilities

• Conduct third‑party AS9100 audits for aerospace clients.
• Assess management systems against AS9100 standards.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and observations.
• Identify nonconformities and document improvements.
• Review CAPs for adequacy and follow up on corrective actions.
• Communicate results clearly to client representatives.
• Conduct onsite and remote audits according to scope.
