Overview

Space is a warfighting domain. True Anomaly seeks those with the talent and ambition to build the technology that secures it.

OUR MISSION

True Anomaly delivers decisive capabilities for space superiority. We build autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, mission software, and space-based interceptors — enabling the U.S. and its Allies to secure the space environment and counter threats from the ultimate high ground.

OUR VALUES
  • Be the offset. We create asymmetric advantages with creativity and ingenuity.
  • What would it take? We challenge assumptions to deliver ambitious results.
  • It’s the people. Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together.
YOUR MISSION

As a Contract Administrator at True Anomaly, you will report to the Senior Director, Supply Chain and play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day administration of subcontracts that enable successful program execution. You will maintain contract documentation, support compliance, track performance, and coordinate across internal teams — helping ensure our subcontracted work runs smoothly as we build the technologies that redefine space security.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer subcontracts, SOWs, NDAs, and change orders throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard contract templates, filing systems, and administrative processes
  • Track contract milestones, deliverables, and expiration dates, and proactively flag issues to the Subcontract Manager
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Program teams to process change orders, invoices, and contract modifications in a timely manner
  • Ensure subcontractor payments are processed accurately and on schedule in accordance with contract terms
  • Monitor subcontractor compliance with contract requirements including regulatory, export control, and security obligations
  • Maintain organized records and support audit readiness across all subcontract documentation
  • Assist in tracking subcontract budgets, commitments, and spend against financial plans
  • Support subcontractor performance tracking by collecting data, maintaining KPI dashboards, and preparing reports for internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Program Management and Engineering to ensure subcontract activities are reflected in program schedules and milestone tracking
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation documents as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or supply chain in an aerospace, defense, or technology environment
  • Familiarity with contract structures, SOW development, and subcontract lifecycle management
  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements including FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and export control compliance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in contract management or ERP systems; experience with document management tools a plus
  • Clear and effective communicator with a collaborative approach to working across teams
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
COMPENSATION
  • Base Salary: $60,000-$90,000
  • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.
