About EOI Space

EOI Space is building a next-generation satellite constellation in Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO) to deliver the highest-resolution Earth imagery available from space. Flying lower than traditional satellites lets us capture sharper, more timely data, giving commercial and defense customers a clearer picture of a rapidly changing world, faster than ever before.

Based in Lafayette, Colorado, we’re a small, mission-driven team moving fast to bring this capability to market. As we scale toward Series B and beyond, we’re looking for people who want real ownership over their function and see the undefined parts of this stage as the opportunity, not the obstacle.

About The Role

EOI Space is looking for a Contract Administrator to support our contracting and compliance functions. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this role works closely with cross-functional teams to keep contracts accurately tracked, documented, processed, and maintained throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.

The Contract Administrator supports the administration and management of contracts, subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, and customer contracts. This role is responsible for maintaining contract records, coordinating reviews and approvals, tracking deliverables and contractual obligations, and ensuring documentation is complete and organized.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Lafayette, CO. Standard work schedule is 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation, review, routing, execution, and administration of contracts and related documents.
  • Maintain contract files, databases, trackers, and document repositories to ensure accurate and organized records.
  • Coordinate contract review and approval workflows across cross-functional departments.
  • Track contract milestones, deliverables, reporting requirements, renewal dates, and expiration dates.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of customer, vendor, subcontractor, and consulting agreements.
  • Route non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and other routine contractual documents.
  • Monitor contract status and provide routine updates to the Contracts Manager.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable government regulations.
  • Assist with audits, data requests, and contract-related reporting activities.
  • Research contractual requirements and compile supporting documentation for contract reviews as needed.
  • Help maintain policies, procedures, templates, and contract administration guidelines.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
