Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the Multidomain Sensing, Targeting and Survivability (MSTS) Division, Amherst Systems Operating Unit (OU). The preferred hybrid location is Buffalo, NY, but the position may also be staffed at Rolling Meadows, IL.
The position will report directly to the Manager of Contracts and serve as the primary contact with our customer, administering a mix of development, production, and sustainment contracts for internal and external customers. You will be responsible for all formal contract communications and sustaining the contractual baseline to ensure favorable programmatic and financial performance. In addition to established development, production, and support efforts, you will support new business proposals and ROMs, both competitive and sole‑source.

Primary Level Salary Range: $69,000.00 – $103,400.00. This range is a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions when determining a base salary. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and, for VP or Director positions, long‑term incentives.
