Job summary

Universal Music Group (UMG) is seeking a Contract Admin Manager for the Universal Production Music (UPM) Licensing and Partnerships team in Santa Monica, CA. You will review, draft, and administer licensing contracts and related inquiries, coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet revenue deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years drafting legal contracts, a bachelor's degree, and a paralegal certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years drafting and processing legal contracts.
• Experience in entertainment or publishing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Paralegal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contract redlines and draft standard form agreements.
• Adhere to turnaround guidelines and client requirements.
• Serve as authorized signatory for boilerplate license forms.
• Process fully executed licenses in CRM and forward to billing.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Clients and business staff on approvals.
• Maintain organized license and contract archives.
