Job description

Location: Broomfield, CO.

Role Overview

Experienced Hardware and Software Technology Global Support (GS) Contract Administrator responsible for the administration, consulting and/or negotiation of GS contracts with external customers. Implements contract programs, policies and processes, and develops pre‑sales contract strategies and proposals. Works closely with finance, sales and business management to structure proposals consistent with business objectives. This role focuses on creating renewal quotes for technology support organizations with an emphasis on data analytics, rather than legal contract administration.

Responsibilities
  • Pull data from multiple systems, leverage Excel (formulas, pivot tables, V‑lookups, charts), and organize it for customer and finance teams. Expert in working with large data‑sets, auditing and identifying data quality issues, and using AI tools to mine large data sets for additional sales opportunities.
  • Actively manage a 200K+ install base, ensuring 100% accuracy and monitoring/fixing any data quality issues using multiple tools.
  • Maintain and administer OEM contracts of varying scope and complexity, implementing related processes and procedures.
  • Serve as the front‑line customer contact for sales agreement‑related activity between a supplier and its customers.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of CRM applications, Excel, Oracle, Incorta reporting, SKU and discounting calculations to analyze multiple data sets and identify data quality issues.
  • Consult and negotiate product/service contracts with external customers, including development of pre‑sales contract strategies and proposals that align with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders—sales, finance, and GS personnel—on pre‑sales strategies, contractual and proposal status, and objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and quote to support sales in achieving revenue and booking targets.
  • Perform high‑level quantitative analysis as part of the contract process.
  • Understand product portfolio and customer purchasing behavior to position new support offerings and align with business objectives.
  • Have experience with global support maintenance and support contracts.
  • Understand forecasts and likelihood of deal closure to determine future revenue impacts.
  • Ensure accuracy of the purchase order booking process to support timely accounts receivable collections.
  • Identify strategic and tactical actions to drive initiatives and programs forward.
  • Communicate clearly across multiple organizational levels, including GS leadership, sales and direct customers.
  • Act independently and within groups to determine methods and procedures influencing GS bookings and revenue.
  • Drive and provide insight into best‑in‑class work practices whenever possible.
  • Work under general direction toward long‑range goals.
Education and Experience
  • BS/BA degree with emphasis in engineering or business.
  • 8+ years of sales/finance experience working with top customers.
  • Experience in communicating with customers, sales account teams, and GS leadership.
  • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment within established timelines and to learn new technologies.
Additional Qualifications & Soft Skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks for timely follow‑up.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High degree of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Interest in numerical analytics and dense contractual verbiage.
  • Ability to drive cross‑functional teams to meet common goals.
