Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a Lake Geneva, WI assignment. The role requires WI RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC or TNS, with day shifts and weekend rotation.

Expect 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. shifts, with some 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. as needed. Strong assessment, care planning, and teamwork are essential to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN licensure and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required.
• NIHSS and TNCC or TNS certification preferred.
• Emergency room or acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per approved policies and standards of care.

$2196 total weekly gross , $61/hour($30/hour W- 2 taxable , $31/hour non taxable stipend)

We are looking for an experienced ER RN for this position. We require RN Education Verification, Active WI RN Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or TNS.

Day shift schedule with rotation weekends - 6-6p and some 8-8p as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, standards of care, and State laws practice act.
• Documents according to standards of care.
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
• Develops, initiates, and executes a patient plan of care according to the individualized needs of the patient, as prescribed by Physician and or clinic policy including patient and family instruction.
• Participates in department or unit performance improvement activities, may include shared governance.
• Utilizes clinical expertise and guidance to other units' departments in support of the patient’s longitudinal plan of care.
• Utilizes critical thinking regarding patient safety and patient experience and appropriately escalates to the appropriate chain of command.
