Shift timings: 8 hours or 10 hours; Days, 8.00 am to 4.30 pm or 8.00 am to 6.30 pm (Candidate can choose 8 or 10 hr shifts)

Job Description

• Provides all aspects of PT services to assigned patient case load
  
• Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatmentprograms for patients to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disabilityfollowing disease, injury, or loss of body part.
  
• Consistently uses an outward mindset and puts forth exemplary effort inaccomplishing his/her goals and objectives in a manner that helps others toachieve their goals and objectives.
  
• Determines appropriateness of prescribed therapies and goals foridentified pathophysiological state.
  
• Records treatment, test procedures, patient response, and results ofsuch as required by the facility and department policy.
